Dumpling poutine is a thing and you can get it in Vancouver

Hey, Dumplings! has a pop-up at 721 Gore Avenue and they serve dumpling poutine.

That’s right – dumpling POUTINE.

This dish consists of Russian-style dumplings called Pelmeni smothered with vegetarian gravy and cheese curds.

This poutine is pretty dreamy and it’s only $10 for a hearty helping of one of our favourite comfort foods.

This storefront will be open for six months. The last time Hey, Dumplings! ran a pop-up back in September, the little delicious morsels sold out before close almost daily – so be sure to arrive early to get your poutine on.
