Thousands of people plan to scream like Goku from Dragon Ball Z at the Olympic cauldron in Vancouver

Thousands of Dragon Ball Z fans plan to gather at the Olympic Cauldron in Vancouver for a unique event later this month.

Yes, fans of the hit anime series are set to gather and scream in unison in honour of the show’s hero, Goku.

At the time of writing, more than 2,900 people have responded to “Scream like Goku in front of the Olympic Cauldron” Facebook event page to say that they are interested in the stunt.

And, best of all, as well as screaming their lungs out; fans will even get the chance to meet the hero himself, well the guy who voices him at least, as Kirby Morrow will be on hand to offer personalized autographs for fans.

When: Saturday, September 30 at 2 pm
