Police called after Metro Vancouver resident finds possum in shower
While they admit they “get all types of calls for help,” Delta Police said a recent call was “unusual even by our standards.”
In a tweet, police said they received a late-night call about a possum in the shower of a resident’s home.
“When it’s nearly midnight, there aren’t many options to remove a possum from your shower,” they said.
Police said that when they showed up to remove it, the small creature “was highly displeased.”
However, in the end, “we got it safely out, and back to the wild,” before hashtagging #NoCallTooSmall.
So while there’s no word yet on exactly how it ended up in the shower, at least we know the animal is back in its natural habitat.

Mother Nature can be pretty wild.
