Yaletown’s DD MAU is expanding with a new location at 145 East Pender Street in Chinatown.
The casual eatery, which offers modern spins on Vietnamese classics (including banh mi and vermicelli bowls), is slated to open late 2016.
The 1200 square foot space will seat approximately 50 people and feature an expanded menu.
Some of DD MAU’s dishes include BBQ roasted duck banh mi, a grilled lemongrass chicken vermicelli bowl, and a kale salad with ginger peanut dressing. Family-owned DD MAU also offers Vietnamese coffees, which are sweetened with condensed milk.
