Bored in Vancouver? Find something to learn on Cotuto

Vancouver may have been known as the #nofuncity in the past, but one local startup is working hard to prove that is not the case.

Cotuto (short for Community Tutorial) is an online platform for Vancouverites to find a wide variety of workshops and classes in their community.

Founder Lee Haber says he got the idea for the website after a friend had trouble finding a woodworking class nearby.

All workshops and classes on Cotuto are organized into various categories, making it easy to find what interests you.

All you have to do is browse through the list of classes and decide what you want to try.

You’ll find plenty of activity options ranging from  weekend wilderness survival courses to classes that teach you how to make cheesecakes, cremes, and custards.

Once you find a class, sign up and you’re ready to go.

Cotuto also provides the opportunity for instructors to create classes and promote them.

If you have a skill to offer or if you want to learn something new, you’ll be able to do so on Cotuto.

And you’ll never be able to complain about being bored in Vancouver again.
