Chopstick Fest 2016: Full list of 32 participating restaurants
Diners looking to get to know Vancouver’s diverse Chinese food scene will have a lot of reasons to check out a few great local restaurants this month, thanks to the inaugural Chopstick Fest, sponsored by OpenRoad Auto Group.
Running October 15 to 30, Chopstick Fest will give diners the opportunity to select from a range of participating Chinese restaurants across Metro Vancouver, each one offering a unique prix-fix menu designed to be sampled and shared.

Hotpot, Taiwanese noodles, Kung Pao Chicken, and everything in between is on the menu. Organizers are putting the spotlight on a variety of regional Chinese cuisines from the nine major culinary areas of Mainland China and Taiwan. Menu options at the restaurants are specifically crafted to showcase each region’s specialties along with their own signature dishes.
