Casa de Amigos: Vancouver's largest Cinco De Mayo festival (CONTEST)
Get ready for a fiesta as the largest Cinco de Mayo party in Vancouver returns to Robson Square this May, and you can expect it to be decked out from tip to tail with bright colours, crafts, wall hangings, and everything else Mexican.
“We are really excited for this festival to return for the second year,” said Scott Emslie, partner at Wet Ape Productions. “Last year was a success and we are excited to build on the momentum by offering fantastic new menu items, great live entertainment, and a more authentic experience.”

Feast on gourmet tacos, ceviche, churros, and other handheld Mexican street-style foods at four stations from the teams from Savoury Chef and Buena Onda who have teamed up to create an exciting new menu this year.
“This is the perfect event to bring a group of friends or colleagues as the entire site is open for guests to explore, enjoy, and experience all the sights and sounds of this colourful festival,” Emslie said.
The event is also fully licensed and there will be a wide array of signature Mezcal and Tequila cocktails along with your favourite Mexican cervezas to sample, all available in the beverage garden.

And no fiesta is complete without some Luchador wrestling, Mariachi bands, and traditional folk dancers. Take it all in and experience Mexico in Vancouver, just don’t forget your green, red, and white.
