BC Distilled is back for its 4th annual festival celebrating regional, small batch, and local micro-distilleries.
This year the event will feature samples from 34 distilleries based out of Vancouver Island, the Lower Mainland and West Coast, the Okanagan, Kootenays, and the Interior – along with some pretty stellar food pairings to go along with the craft spirits.

BC Distilled will feature a plethora of goodies that incorporate spirits in clever ways – like these boozy Lucky’s Doughnuts that have been infused with our favourite cocktails.
Feast your eyes on these babies:
1. Fat-Washed Whiskey Caramel Doughnut using Lohin McKinnon Whiskey from Central City
This beauty is a fat-washed whiskey and caramel cremeux-filled doughnut topped with caramel glaze and some sea salt.
2. Caesar Doughnut using Vodka from Sons of Vancouver
This doughnut is made with tomato dough and filled with celery and cucumber pickle jelly topped with vodka glaze, pepperoni, celery crumb, and finished with a tomato marshmallow.
3. Moscow Mule using Truth Vodka from Liberty Distillery
A bullseye doughnut filled with a ginger beer and vodka jelly and topped with a lime glaze with fresh mint and some pop rocks to add a bit of fizz served in a copper wrapper.
4. Negroni Doughnut using Wallflower Gin and Bittersweet Vermouth from Odd Society
A Bismarck Doughnut filled with gin and bitter sweet vermouth jelly topped with Campari glaze and a glaçage orange peel.
These doughnuts are pretty next level – head to BC Distilled on April 8 to get your hands on them.
