This month your coffee habit also gives back

When you’re drinking your coffee this Wednesday, you could also be doing good for others.

On October 19, Blenz Coffee will accept any amount of money for any size drip coffee – and all proceeds will be donated to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. Last year, Blenz Coffee raised more than $13,000 in BC and Alberta, and they’re hoping to raise even more this year.

This Coffee by Donation Day is part of Blenz Coffee’s scheme to get people involved with Breast Cancer Awareness Month – but it’s not the only thing they’ve been up to. For every Pumpkin Pie Caramel Macchiato and Toffee Nut Latte sold in October, Blenz is donating 50 cents to the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. And for every social media post using #BlenzCBCF Blenz will donate another 50 cents.

So whether you’ve been buying macchiatos all month, or you just give what you can on October 19, we can all help beat breast cancer. And, we can be caffeinated while we do it.
