It’s Breakfast Week! We’re serving up a heaping plateful of delicious stories about the most important meal of the day–and where to get it in Vancouver.

Pancakes. They are a breakfast item and a variety of cake, basically making them the perfect dish.

Eat them for brunch, lunch, even dinner–anytime really. When you take things a step further and add blueberries into the mix, it’s officially a next-level flapjack experience, and there are tons of places in Vancouver that offer this breakfast treat.

Buttermilk pancakes (Jess Fleming / Daily Hive)

The buttermilk pancakes from Forage are available during breakfast (Monday to Friday from 6:30 to 10am, weekends 7 to 10am) and and brunch (weekends from 10am to 2pm) at this Robson Street favourite. This dish comes with valley blueberries, honey butter, and maple syrup.
