An 'all-avocado eatery' and 'guacamole house' is coming to Vancouver
Avocado Bay is opening this summer in Vancouver’s West End, and their menu is pretty much all about one thing: AVOCADOS.
Calling themselves Canada’s first “all-avocado eatery” and “guacamole house,” our favourite fruit (yep, it’s a fruit not a veg) to put on our fancy toast is at the core of everything on this spot’s menu.
Setting up shop at 1194 Denman, a hop skip and avocado pit’s throw from English Bay, Avocado Bay is prepping a menu of bites with things like avocado in place of buns, guacamole laden-tacos, avocado margaritas, ceviche, a vegan avocado cheesecake, and of course the straight dope–guacamole, that is.
Avocado Bay also will focus on Mexican-inspired eats with a healthy twist, as well as have juice bar options.
