The video, which went viral earlier this month, shows a Caucasian male shouting and behaving aggressively at the individual, a South Asian man, filming the incident.

“You f*cking Paki, go back to f*cking India,” said the man at one point. “F*cking Hindu… White power motherf*cker.”

After the incident, the witness who filmed the exchange contacted the Abbotsford Police Department after the suspect left the area. APD investigators spoke with witnesses and obtained a copy of the video and identified the suspect involved. A report to Crown Counsel was forwarded recommending charges against the suspect.

That suspect, who has since been identified as 47-year-old Karry Vernon Corbett of Hope, has been charged with two counts of Assault, one count of Uttering Threats and one count of Causing a Disturbance.

According to a release issued by Abbotsford Police, warrants have been issued and police have been actively seeking to locate and arrest him. Anyone with information concerning his current whereabouts should contact their local police.
