University of Toronto ranks as one of the top universities in the world

The University of Toronto has been ranked one of the best in the world.

According to the QS World University Rankings, U of T took first place in ranking in Canada, and 31st place in the world.

The annual ranked reported that U of T excels in geography, nursing, sports-related subjects, anatomy and physiology, and graduates from the school are viewed favourably by employers.

The university said it is proud to be number one in Canada, and one of the world’s top research-intensive universities.

Among the other Canadian universities in this year’s list are McGill University, the University of British Columbia, and the University of Alberta. Other Ontario universities include McMaster University, University of Waterloo, Western, and Queen’s.
