Coming to Toronto this spring, a new food and design event aimed at bringing awareness to food waste.
The charity event in support of Second Harvest will showcase artworks and installations while also bringing together chefs, brewers and distillers for an evening all about rethinking garbage and repurposing trash.
Expect dishes, drinks and treats made from unexpected ingredients diverted from garbage bins. Details and tickets TBA.
