Espresso-based drinks, teas, and Japanese pastries are on the menu at Little Pebbles, a newly opened dessert counter in Kensington Market.

Expect to find French macarons with Japanese twists, Osaka-style roll cakes featuring soft fluffy sponge cake rolled around fresh cream, chiffon cakes in flavours like red bean cream,  black sesame, or matcha, and, finally, dacquoise “sandwiches” crafted with layers of almond meringue sandwiching fine red bean paste.
