3 men facing 72 charges following traffic stop in Toronto (PHOTOS)

Toronto police have arrested three men after they seized multiple loaded guns and a number of drugs during a traffic stop in Toronto.

Police say they pulled over a vehicle at St. Dennis Drive and Linkwood Lane on Monday, September 3 just before 10 pm.

During the investigation, police discovered a loaded handgun and a loaded rifle in the vehicle as well as a quantity of cocaine.

Officers said they’ve arrested 20-year-old Mohamed Ashaqzau, 20-year-old Mohammad Patel, and a 20-year-old.

All three men have been charged with 13 different offences, including possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking, two counts of possession of a firearm in a motor vehicle, and two counts of possession of a firearm obtained by crime.
