Hotpot Week in Toronto kicks off in time for the Chinese New Year

Where will you ring in the year of The Dog? The Chinese New Year kicks off on February 16 and coincides with Hotpot Week at Chinese chain Liuyishou Chongqing Hotpot.

The enticing holiday dinner special, presented by Vancouver Gourmet Tours, is available nightly from February 26 to March 2.

The restaurant, with locations across the world, is best known for its traditional Chongqing style hot pot broth, “prepared with special butter, red hot chili, Sichuan peppercorn, and many other exotic herbs and spices…”

During Hot Pot Week, diners can devour all-you-can-eat dinners for two priced at $66.95 and inclusive of one order of tiger prawns and a pitcher of watermelon juice. Meanwhile, a feast for four, priced at $125.95, includes an additional order of scallops as well all of the above.

Reservations are a must and meals can be paid for in advance (gratuity not included) online in advance.
