Yoga in St. James Park

What: Break up your afternoon with a free outdoor yoga class in St. James Park led by the YMCA. Classes will run every Wednesday of the month.

Free beef noodles from Omni Palace

What: For two hours of the first two days in business, the new restaurant will be giving away a FREE house special Lanzhou Traditional Beef Noodles. Aside from being available for dine-in only, there’s no real fine print for this promotion. No purchase is necessary but availability is based on first come first served.

The Smashing Pumpkins in Toronto

Movie Nights in The Beach Village

What: Movie Nights are back for 2018. Join The Beach Village for Movie Nights in the Park every Wednesday with screenings will rotate between Kew Gardens and Ivan Forrest Gardens Park. As always, admission (and popcorn) is FREE. Tonight’s screening is Hidden Figures.

World Fitness Expo

What: Dance superstar Derek Hough has joined fitness trainer, Jillian Michaels to headline this fitness event. Over the weekend, attendees can customize their experiences with 295 education sessions from over 200 leading industry experts about living a healthy and active lifestyle and much more.
