MasterChef Canada's Claudio Aprile to open new restaurant and bar in Toronto
A new restaurant will be opening in June at the corner of King and Church.
MasterChef Canada’s Claudio Aprile announced the launch of his new dining space, Copetin Restaurant and Bar.
Open for lunch, dinner and weekend brunch, Aprile’s new restaurant will be made up of three spaces – a main dining area with an open kitchen, a bar and a patio.
The intimate space will seat 80, with an additional 12-seat private dining room for special events and custom menus. Inspired by Toronto’s various neighbourhoods, cultures and food personalities, Aprile says the food at Copetin will be exciting and unpredictable.
“Cooking to me is about evolution. I am really excited about taking all of the knowledge I have picked up over the years and having it all come together in one place,” he said in a press release.
Copetin Restaurant and Bar will be opening in June.
