There's an all ages party at the Bentway Skate Trail this Family Day

This Family Day, lace up your skates and head to Toronto’s newest outdoor skating destination, The Bentway Skate Trail.
Located below the Gardiner Expressway, The Bentway Skate Trail is a 220-metre long figure eight loop, giving Torontonians the opportunity to explore the once vacant and forgotten space from a whole new perspective.
On Monday, February 19, The Bentway will be hosting a special Family Day event that includes all-day skate rentals, family-friendly DJ sets by DJ Lucie Tic and
DJ Cozmic Cat, and onsite giveaways.
Don’t worry if your little ones are new to skating, there will be free skate lessons by instructors from the West Toronto Skating Club available.
Skaters are invited to warm up in the Strongbow Lounge where hot and cold drinks will be available in addition to delicious eats from local food trucks, and complimentary samples of premium roast coffee and specialty beverages from the McCafé Trailer onsite.
Family Day Schedule
Skate Trail Hours: 11 am – 9 pm
All-Day Skate Rentals: 11 am – 9 pm
Strongbow Lounge: 11 am – 9 pm
McCafé Trailer onsite: 3 pm – 9 pm
Free Skate instruction: 1 pm – 5:30 pm
In addition to the skate trail, Bentway visitors can also head over to Fort York, where they can enjoy free admission and fun winter activities on Family Day.
