Uploaded to imgur.com, this ad for an apartment rental ‘oppurtunity’ in Toronto might just be the worst we’ve ever seen.

It includes such gems as MUST sign a minimum ONE YR CONTRACT and NO Guests and MUST be there as little as possible during the day.

So ya, if you’re looking to pay someone every month for twelve months to live somewhere you’re not welcome to do anything other than sleep…boy, have we got just the apartment for you!

Hey, at least it’s near Ryerson. That will come in handy all summer long…
