Summer Wednesdays are in full swing at Evergreen Brick Works and if a wood-fired feast isn’t a big enough attraction alone, the mid-week event is also introducing a line-up of guest chefs.
Joining the party featuring platters from Forno Cultura, look forward to a rotating line-up of food trucks along with appearances from local and visiting chefs.
Montreal’s Chef Michele Forgione of Impasto kicks things off on July 11 followed by Chef Neil Dowson of PEC’s Midtown Brewing Company on July 18, and Chef Charlotte Langley of Scout Canning cooking up a storm on July 25.
Dates in August, in order, will showcase seasonal specialties from Chef Angela Villalta of L’Unita Enoteca, Chef John Sinopoli of Ascari Enoteca, Chef Patrick McMurray of Ceili’s Cottage, and John Petcoff of Oyster Boy.
In addition to eating mid-week meals al fresco, Summer Wednesdays presented by Tricon House, also offer yoga, bike obstacle course, and on select dates, live music and an Etsy’s Maker Market.
When: Wednesdays in July and August, 5:30 pm to 10 pm
Where: Evergreen Brick Works, 550 Bayview Avenue, Toronto
