A new South American BBQ is opening soon in Toronto

Casa Fuego is opening soon to Toronto.

The restaurant is the newest from the same folks behind Toronto’s AYCE Brazilian rodizio, Copacabana (at Adelaide and Duncan), and will serve up a menu inspired by regions within South America from Peru to Argentina.

While details have yet to be announced, a recent job posting advertises that the small kitchen will be open for dinner exclusively from Wednesday to Saturday and most of the cooking (think meat and seafood delights) at the restaurant will take place over wood or charcoal fires.
