Watch: Rob Ford smoking crack video now public

Aug 11 2016, 10:36 pm

A video of the late Rob Ford smoking crack cocaine had been released.

After the Crown dropped the extortion charge against Alexander (Sandro) Lisi, Ford’s friend and driver, a Supreme Court judge ruled that the video could be made public, according to CBC.

The former Toronto mayor made headlines in 2013 when reports that the video existed. Shot in February of 2013 in Etobicoke, the controversial video was placed as evidence during Lisi’s trail after it was recovered during the Project Traveller raids.

Rob Ford served as mayor for four years, from 2010 to 2014. He passed away after a battle with cancer in March.
