Porchetta & Co. is opening a location in The PATH tomorrow

Office-dwellers in Toronto’s downtown core are about to get a pretty awesome new lunch (AND breakfast) option.

Porchetta & Co. is opening its latest location in The PATH tomorrow, May 23 at 8 am. Situated inside the Exchange Tower at 130 King Street West, the new spot will be open only on weekdays from 8 am to 6 pm.

For the uninitiated, Porchetta & Co., from Chef Nick Auf Der Mauer, is locally famous for its incredible porchetta and fried chicken sandwiches. Its first location on Dundas West opened in 2010 and has since spurred outlets at King and Portland as well as a kiosk at the ACC.

The newest outpost will serve up signature specialties like carved porchetta on a bun dressed with truffle sauce, parmesan, mustard and hot sauce, along with a variety of fried chicken sandwiches and a pastrami banh mi.

PATH dwellers can also look forward to a morning menu featuring Sam James’ Cut Coffee and an expanded line-up of breakfast sandwiches including BLTs and shaved porchetta built on English muffins as well as a hot honey dipped fried chicken sandwich served daily from 8 am to 11 am.
