Parliament Hill is lighting up this summer with an incredible light show.

Northern Lights is a free bilingual show that showcases the thrilling thematic journey through Canada’s history at the nation’s capital.

Using digital technology and the architectural splendour of the Parliament Buildings, the show illuminates the Canadian history of nation-building, partnership, discovery, valour, pride and vision at the heart of our country.

Parliament’s Centre Block façade will be flooded with over 150 moving and static lighting fixtures.

Watch as the story of Canada unfolds in five “books,” which tell the story of our nation.

The show is presented nightly in English and French from July 16 to September 2017.
