These are 10 of the most affordable houses currently for sale in Toronto

Toronto home prices might still be on the rise, but with the right tools, home buyers can find affordable listings all throughout the city.

According to the Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB), the average price of a residential property in GTA rose to $807,349 this past October, an increase of 3.5% year-over-year.

This also happens to be significantly higher than the national average sale price, which is $487,000, according to the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA).

But that doesn’t mean you can’t still find affordable pockets in the city.

According to online real estate search engine REW.ca, there are a number of affordable houses currently available in Toronto that fall below $629,000.
