Mariah Carey is kicking off Toronto's holiday season next week

If all you wanted for Christmas is Mariah Carey, Santa must have heard your wishes.
The Queen of the holiday season herself will be in Toronto on Thursday, November 3, kicking off the window unveiling event at Hudson’s Bay and Saks Fifth Avenue.
Carey will be performing two songs as part of the massive celebration at the corner of Queen and Yonge, with an outdoor fireworks display. Indoors, shoppers can get in on holiday cheers with photobooths, DJ’s, holiday treats, and more.
No stranger to the holidays, Carey has a successful Merry Christmas album featuring her hit “All I want for Christmas is You.” Carey is currently on her “Sweet Sweet Fantasy Tour,” although she recently had to cancel a few dates due to “promoter negligence.”
This year, Hudson’s Bay plans to reveal a brand new, never-before-seen window, and it is also a special celebration in Toronto as Saks Fifth Avenue marks its first ever holiday windows in Canada.
