A new kosher steak and smokehouse is opening soon in Toronto

The new spin-off from Toronto’s legendary Barberian’s Steak House isn’t the only new destination for meat-eaters. Prime on Avenue is poised to open any day now in Toronto’s north end.
The new restaurant bills itself as a steak and smokehouse, a concept which lends well to being Glatt Kosher.
From the dairy-free kitchen, expect a menu featuring aged Black Angus steaks with all the essential sides (think mashed potatoes, onion rings, sauteed greens), plus a selection of Southern-inspired barbecued meats spanning the gamut of brisket, beef ribs, sausages, and smoked wings.
