This incoming Toronto cafe is a first for Japanese soufflé pancakes
Set your camera to boomerang and behold the newest food trend set to debut in Toronto: JAPANESE SOUFFLÉ PANCAKES.
Aiming to open in April, Hanabusa Cafe is about to introduce thick, wobbly pancakes along with seasonal cakes, and coffees and teas.
Look forward this light, jiggly sweet pancakes in flavours like Matcha, Taro, Chocolate and Jasmine Tea, plus savoury meals featuring fluffy whole wheat pancakes with bacon, breakfast sausage, salad, and Hollandaise.
While it might be a first for Toronto, the wobbling food trend has taken social media by storm.
