It’s time, muggles.

The cultural phenomena that is Harry Potter has delighted fans all over the world, and now, the magic is set to take over the Sony Centre for the Performing Arts in Toronto.

The Centre will be featuring the Toronto Symphony Orchestra as they perform a live score to Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone. The performance will be conducted by Justin Freer, and is part of a global tour that has been enchanting crowds.

The performances of Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone is set for June 27 and 28, 2017. But wait, there’s more.

Toronto will also be able to catch Harry Potter and The Chamber of Secrets in concert a few months later, on October 12 and 13, 2017.

Two journeys, plenty of magic, and our beloved Harry, Ron, and Hermoine will be on high-definition screens while the orchestra performs John Williams’ unforgettable score. And of course, don’t forget your magic cloaks.

Fans can dress up, and relive some of the favourite J.K. Rowling moments from her early work.

And after all, “Ah, music,” Dumbledore said. “A magic beyond all we do here!”
