Award season kicked off last night at the 76th Annual Golden Globes Awards show that recognized achievements in both film and television from 2018.
The awards show began with a three-hour red carpet extravaganza at the iconic Beverly Hilton in Hollywood, loaded with some of the industry’s top entertainers.

The dinner-party show was hosted by Ottawa native Sandra Oh of Killing Eve and Grey’s Anatomy fame along with funnyman and SNL alum Andy Samberg.
The Canadian actress made Golden Globes history by becoming the first woman of Asian descent to host the award show as well as being the first Asian actress to take home multiple Golden Globes (she won in 2006 for her role as Cristina Yang on Grey’s Anatomy and this year for Killing Eve).
