Toronto's newest source for breakfast sandwiches looks epic
Before all else. That’s the premise of Egg Bae, Toronto’s newest source for breakfast sandwiches!
The new eatery situated in Kensington Market isn’t scheduled to celebrate its grand opening until May but photos of some of the epic new morning meals are circulating on social media following a friends-and-family preview this past weekend.
Menu items – like the Seaside Bae loaded with scrambled eggs, house-cured salmon lox, potato chips, pickled onions, peppery arugula, and “crack sauce” – look so good we totally get why they’re being billed as top priorities.
Also on the menu, gourmet bacon and eggers like the Eh Bae-Bae, house-made hash browns, and more!
While the grand opening is planned for May 27, expect this breakfast sandwich shop to get cracking sooner than that. A post on Instagram reads, “Stay tuned to our stories to get the latest on soft open dates and times.”
