Hiking season is upon us, and Dundas Peak should be your first stop this spring.

Located just an hour from Toronto, the nature trail is filled with beautiful views of Dundas and Hamilton.

Part of the Spencer Gorge/Webster Falls Conservation Area, hikers can enjoy the Spencer Adventure Trail, which connects from Christie Lake all the way to the Dundas Peak.

To get to Dundas Peak from Tew Falls is approximately 1.5 km. There’s a park entrance fee of $5 and a parking lot ($10 per car).

From waterfalls and green views as far as the eyes can see, this is one of the most stunning nature areas in Ontario.

Of course, when visiting, respect the nature and stay on trails. Keep at safe distance on the Peak when taking those selfies.

And for those planning to visit soon, there is now a shuttle service in place at Spencer Gorge/Webster Falls on weekends and Holiday Mondays, from May 13 (this weekend) to October 29, 2017.  All waterfall parking for Spencer Gorge/Webster Falls Conservation Area will now be at Mizener’s Antiques and Fleamarket, located at 367 Highway 5 West in Dundas.

And for those on the fence, the pics should convince you…
