Blue Jays' Jose Bautista surprises children at Sick Kids Hospital (PHOTOS)

Jose Bautista’s time may be coming to an end with the Toronto Blue Jays, but his time with the community certainly hasn’t.

The Blue Jays legend is currently a free agent and could leave at any moment, after nine seasons with Toronto.

Bautista spent about an hour visiting young cancer patients TMZ reports.

Bautista is from the Dominican Republic, but quite clearly Toronto is also home.
