Fish ’n’ chips ’n’ oysters ’n’ lobster rolls are coming soon to Cabbagetown!
Beer Batter is taking over the address that was until just recently The Scullery. It’s a new spot from the same folks from The Irv Gastro Pub – sitting kitty-corner on Carlton at Ontario.
The incoming chippy has already shared some plans for the 30-seat space online.
“We are going to be simple but delicious, we will offer fish n’ chips, oysters, lobster rolls and a few other fresh creations and local craft beer on tap,” write owners Regan and Jacklyne Irvine on Facebook.
Get ready to batter up next month! The new restaurant is aiming to open June 1.
