3,000 yogis expected in Toronto for sunset yoga session tomorrow

Tomorrow evening a lot of yoga is going to be going down with the sun.

That’s because the Lolë White Tour is coming back to Toronto in a huge way. With the aim of getting some 3,000 yogis to participate in a sunset session tomorrow night – dressed all in white – this sounds like the Instagram event of the summer.

Of course, the fact that it’s intended to be a mass symbol of peace is what really attracts us. (But also, Instagram.)

According to the women’s activewear and lifestyle brand, the event will be “led by renowned and long-time yoga teacher for the Lolë White Tour, Elena Brower, among beloved Toronto teachers Lisa Messina and Marla Meenakshi Joy, to the soothing sound of singer and performer Ariana Zita on her piano.”

Sounds pretty zen to us.

Tickets are $45 (and include a gift bag), $40 if you go with 3 or more friends, and $125 if you want the VIP Package, which we can only assume includes meeting Tirumalai Krishnamacharya (he’s a big deal).

Don’t forget to wear white!
