12 Black Friday deals you need to know about across the US

Shopping has surely looked a lot different this year across the US.

With all that extra time spent at home, not traveling as much, and not indulging in many endless nights out amid recurring COVID-19 closures, you may have managed to save a few extra bucks this year. If so, it’s time to spend it on some killer Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals.

There are lots of discounts out there, so we’re going to make it a bit easier for you to navigate. So treat yourself, or get some early holiday shopping done for that special someone — here’s a list of some Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals you’ve gotta get in on.

Travel

While it is a weird time to travel, some sites do have some Black Friday vacation sales going on. And with hopeful ends to the COVID-19 pandemic insight, we can’t help but think about all the places we’ll escape to when it’s fully safe to do so.

Hyatt: While not exclusively a Black Friday deal, the Hyatt’s Dream Away and Get Away event offers enhanced flexibility on states and savings of 20% off. You can snag this deal until December 6, and it’s valid on stays extending to April 4, 2021.

Booking.com: Booking.com has a lot of Black Friday deals on destinations across the United States. You have until December 1 to book getaways that you have until December 31, 2021, to take advantage of, and catch at least 30% off in savings.

Electronics

Best Buy: Whether you’re looking for some new headphones, a shiny new iPhone, or an air fryer to suit your air frying needs, Best Buy’s got you covered. You’ll find Beats by Dr. Dre for $180 (Regular $300), plus great deals on TVs, laptops, household appliances. Most of these Black Friday deals can be found online (don’t forget about Cyber Monday) and in-store. Dell: Looking to treat yourself to a new laptop? Dell’s got a ton of models on sale for Black Friday this year, with most discounts already live. You’re looking at hundreds of dollars worth of savings and discounts ranging from 10% to 25% off.

Playstation: Playstation has got some serious savings planned for PS4’s this year. Whether you’re looking to buy a console or controller at GameStop, Amazon, or Walmart, you can save anywhere from $20 to $50 on consoles and bundles. Sonos: Deal Stripe, an organization sharing e-commerce and sales news, has shared some links where you can get your hands on some of the latest Sonos soundbars and speakers for this year’s Black Friday, including saving up to $100 on the latest Sonos One, Move, and Play wireless speakers.

Macy’sWhether you’re on the prowl for some new bath towels, boots, or plush blankets and cashmere sweaters to keep you warm this winter, Macy’s already published Black Friday specials on over 80,000 items on their website. Many of Macy’s deals are over 50% off, including a Ralph Lauren peacoat for $90 instead of $350 or a COACH shoulder bag for $197.50 down from $395.

JC Penney: JC Penny’s already got a huge selection of deals out online, but make sure to check back this weekend for more to come, whether you’re looking for accessories, toys, home decor, or jewelry. Stores will be open at 5 am on Black Friday, so make sure to pick up some camping gear in advance for your night sleeping in the store’s parking lot.

Home Depot: Home Depot’s got a whole lot of sales on tools, appliances, and even Christmas decorations, plus free delivery on many items. Deals are from November 8 to December 2. You can shop your local Black Friday ad at Home Depot here.

Walmart: Walmart has a bit of everything, and that goes for their sales too, including deals on a PS5, and TVs, Christmas decorations, clothes, and office supplies. This year, Walmart has various “Black Friday Deals for Days” happening throughout  November, starting online before moving in stores. The first started November 4, the second on November 11, and they’re finishing it off with a whole month of savings starting November 25 online and in stores on November 27.

NordstromNordstrom has a ton of cyber deals available online as of November 20, going on all the way to December 1. You can also look forward to up to 50% off items from over 1,000 items of all sorts of brands, with new deals happening November 23, November 25, Black Friday, November 27, and Cyber Monday on November 30.

Target: Target has had a series of weekly deals running throughout November, including 30% off TVs and up to 50% off headphones and earbuds from Sony and Beats. They’re finishing off strong with savings on toys, kitchen, floor care, and electronics, as well as video game consoles running from November 22 to November 28 in-store and online.
