A huge yoga expo is coming to Montreal next month

Calling all yogis! A massive yoga expo is coming to Montreal next month.

Head down to to the Montreal Convention Centre on February 10 and 11 to participate in the second edition of this international event dedicated to yoga and mindfulness.

The expo encompasses two jam-packed days of asana, meditation, and relaxation.

You’ll be able to choose from over 75 workshops, lectures, and master classes open to all levels of practice.
