An outdoor food festival is coming to the Quartier des Spectacles this month

The Just for Laughs festival has done a good job keeping Montreal laughing throughout the years and the outdoor food festival, Bouffons MTL will do a good job keeping the city fed too.

Bouffons’ 4th edition will run concurrently with Just for Laughs and will be situated just outside the JFL grounds on Saint Catherine Street in between Rue Jeanne-Mance and Rue De Bleury.

Described as a “gourmet open-air village on the esplanade,” the event will host over 50 food trucks and vendors offering a variety of local eats, including vegetarian and vegan options, to Montrealers and tourists.

This year’s participants include Mandy’s, Bozzipop, Hoogan et Beaufort, Copper Branch, Imadake, La Porchetta, Lacrem, L’Express St-Zotique, Fluffy Puffs, Brit & Chips, BeaverTails, Les Givrés, Poutine Factory, The Smoking BBQ, Lo’s Lemonade, and more!

The food fest is even known to welcome a few surprise guests from Just for Laughs:

Entertainment, good food, alcohol-infused popsicles, and Beaver Tails all in the same spot.

Admission is free but menu items vary according to selection.
