Old Montreal is getting a bit older for a new movie.

Reddit user Mxyzt posted a picture on the social news site that shows the Old Port’s Quebec Court of Appeal building hosting five vintage cars and old-school licence plates.

The set is being used to film Roland Emmerich’s 1940’s piece, Midway, the story of the Battle of Midway as told by the leaders and the soldiers who fought it.

The Battle of Midway was a decisive naval battle during the Second World War, which occurred between June 4 and 7, 1942, six months after Japan’s attack on Pearl Harbor and a month after the Battle of the Coral Sea.

According to the Internet Movie Database (IMDb), the film stars Luke Evans, Dennis Quaid, Mandy Moore, Aaron Eckhart and Woody Harrelson.

The film has been on location in Montreal since the summer and Harrelson took to Instagram in September to show off his character’s Admiral Chester Nimitz’s look.
