Migos at Beachclub

Hot off their third album, Culture II, the American hip-hop trio is headlining Beachclub today.

Beachclub is exactly what it sounds like, a club on a beach. The venue has food vendors, bar outlets and a secluded beach if you need to get away from the Monday tunes for a bit.

Disco Fever Experience at Just for Laughs

Travel back to the groovy 70s and catch the disco fever with a fusion of funk, dance, soul and comedy.

Check out a live multi-sensory experience in the company of a dozen artists who are bringing their renditions of Gloria Gaynor, Kool and the Gang, the Bee Gees, Donna Summer and The Sunshine Band with a dash of humour.

Free Admission to Montreal Museum of Fine Arts

If you want to expand your knowledge this summer, the Montreal Museum of Fine Arts has got you covered. The MMFA has free admission to all of their Collections and Discovery exhibitions to people under 30-years-old.

The Witch in the Window at Fantasia Film Festival

Get your week started with some independent genre film at Montreal’s biggest film festival.

Today’s horror flick follows a divorced dad and his 12-year-old son as they renovate a newly purchased, old house. They soon learn that they’re not alone and find themselves in a spiritual kind of danger.

Critics say the film “will stop your heart by outright breaking it.”

Shakespeare in Westmount Park

The long-running outdoor theatre event has been performing around Montreal all July and will continue through until August. The 30th anniversary of the production embarks on Romeo & Juliet: Love is Love during their month-long journey with shows every day.

Today’s performance takes place at the gorgeous Westmount Park.

Repercussion Theatre produces the show with a contemporary, gender-bent take on the classic love story. The cast includes 10 dynamic performers, a gorgeous outdoor set, and live music.

Snacks and drinks will be sold at the park and if you don’t bring your own chair, you can rent one for $5.
