Alter Bridge

“The Last Hero” tour stops into Toronto this month, as hard rock titans Alter Bridge celebrate their return to the top ten on the Billboard charts.

Dash Berlin

Dutch electronic music producer Dash Berlin has been in the music scene since 2006. He’s released three studio albums since, and has toured globally at some of the world’s largest music festivals. Now he’s in town for a more intimate gig that will keep you dancing.

Léon

Léon has only released one major EP, Sleep Deprived, but the Swedish singer/songwriter has already been selling out shows in North America. Catch her in the Montreal this month.

Valerie June and Oh Pep!

Tennessee-bred, Brooklyn-based songwriter Valerie June weaves electric blues, African rhythms, cosmic atmospherics and delicate soul into a mix you need to hear. With her, at this Montreal Jazz Festival show, Aussie duo Oh Pep! mix pop, country, folk and bluegrass, creating their own style, which is evident in their debut album Stadium Cake.

Banners

Hailing from Liverpool, UK, Banners’ music is influenced by artists ranging from Jeff Buckley to Arcade Fire. Banners’ tracks “Shine a Light” and “Start A Riot” have generated over 40 million streams, and you can see both tracks live this month.

Arkells

Juno Award-winners and Hamilton, Ontario, natives Arkells released their fourth and latest studio album Morning Report last year. Arkells peaked in the scene with their 2014 album High Noon. Their biggest hit, “Leather Jacket,” remains one of Canada’s favourite tracks to date.

Sampha

After being active in the music industry for years, Sampha is finally releasing his debut album Process next month. The South London native was first featured on SBTRKT’s album, and has since worked with everyone from Drake to Kanye. He’s in town for a show that is bound to sell out.

Us The Duo

After two emerging solo artists randomly collided, they fell in love and combined their talent. And so, Us The Duo was formed. Last year, they released their latest album Just Love, and are touring the album across North America this winter.

Run The Jewels

American hip-hop group Run the Jewels are back in Toronto this month. The physical copy of their third album, Run the Jewels 3, was released in January, and the duo (featuring El-P and Killer Mike) are now on the road with Gaslamp Killer and Spark Master Tape.

SonReal

Juno and MMVA nominated artist SonReal is on the road with his “No Warm Up” headlining tour. The Canadian-rapper’s approach to hip-hop has allowed him to sustain a loyal and growing domestic fan base, and it’s only the beginning for the young artist.

Maroon 5

Multi platinum-selling and Grammy Award-winning rock band, Maroon 5, are back supporting their’s fifth studio album, V. Adam Levine and co are in town after having to reschedule their fall concert, and will be here for two nights at the Bell Centre.

Peking Duk
