Le Grand Spectacle, the famous free concert that takes place in downtown Montreal to celebrate St. Jean Baptiste Day, has been confirmed for June 23.
The concert is hosted by La Fête Nationale du Québec à Montréal and will take place at Place des Festivals at the Quartier des Spectacles.
According to the La Fête Nationale’s website, the event celebrates Quebec’s unique character, heritage, and strong pride through a concert headlined by the province’s top-tier musicians, who have stood the test of time.
The concert will be hosted by Quebec actor, Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge who will welcome a bevy of Quebec musicians and artists to the Place des Festival’s massive stage.

The party kicks off at 1 pm and the first band hits the stage at 7:30 pm. La Fête Nationale’s website recommends getting to the venue nice and early to secure a spot as the spectacle garners thousands of guests every summer.
