In case you weren’t aware, Montreal chocolate restaurant, C’ChoColat, offers a unique dessert on their menu called the C’Wow.

Though you can’t decipher this from the name, the C’Wow is actually what is known as a chocolate bomb.

That’s right, there is such a thing as a chocolate bomb. Intrigued?

C’ChoColat’s C’Wow is a 70% dark chocolate dome filled with pieces of Belgian waffle, brownie, gelato, crumble, berries, and pecans. While this already sounds pretty spectacular, we guarantee things are about to get even more mesmerizing.

C’ChoColat’s waitstaff will bring the dome to your table, pour warm caramel sauce overtop of it, and before your eyes, the dark chocolate dome will start to disappear (aka melt) onto your plate, adding to the delicious gooeyness of this one-of-a-kind dessert.

This video will show you the whole process:

At a mere $16, it isn’t totally unreasonable, especially if you share it with a friend.
