Though the unveiling of this grand project has been slightly delayed, it is on track and is now scheduled to be open to the public this July.

That means, there is roughly one month left (maximum) before you can ride in style on what is sure to be one of Old Port’s biggest summer attractions.

The official website updates every 30 minutes with a new photo of the wheel’s construction progress, and here is what it looked like this morning:

As a reminder, The Montreal Observation Wheel is set to be 60 meters high and will be open year-round. It will be located on Bonsecours Island and offer a 360-degree view of the city.

We don’t yet know the cost of a trip on this giant attraction, so be sure to check the Old Port of Montreal website for updates.

July can’t come fast enough!
