Montreal’s iconic Atwater Market has been transformed into a magical Christmas village.
Did you honestly expect anything less for the holidays?
The third edition of the Village de Noël features “twice as many kiosks as years past,” vendors, concerts, light shows, a giant, decked out evergreen tree, igloos, holiday treats, a fire pit, and outdoor screenings of classic Christmas movies.
Plus, on Saturdays until the big day, the jolly, big man makes an appearance.
Atwater Market, which has been open since 1933, continues to host their usual local vendors, the ideal spot to grab everything from baked goods, cheese, meats, Christmas trees, vegetables, fruits, winter gear, alcohol and Beaver Tails.
Don’t ever forget the Beaver Tails.
The Christmas village will continue every weekend until December 23 and Instagram’s been flooded with the holiday spirit ever since the village opened up last week.
Here are 19 videos and photos to get you jazzed for the Village de Noël.
