L’Oeufrier is no amateur when it comes to breakfast poutines. With an entire page on their menu dedicated to the delicious dish, you’ll find more than enough options. One of our favourites is the “La Maria Emilia,” which comes with roasted potatoes, eggs, goat cheese, chorizo, peppers, onions, cheese curds, and hollandaise sauce. And if you’re looking for something a little fancier, “La du Canard, SVP!” breakfast poutine is made with roasted potatoes, eggs, duck confit, caramelized onions, mushrooms, cheese curds, and hollandaise sauce.
