9th Annual Spirit Plant Medicine Conference

What: The Spirit Plant Medicine Conference brings together an international group of experts in the realm of plant-based and psychedelic medicine. Dennis McKenna, Mark Haden, The Dank Duchess, and Jamie Wheal are among the presenters.

Museum of Vancouver: Why I Design

What: BC-based licensed producer Tantalus Labs is participating in this year’s Why I Design event presented by the Museum of Vancouver. Guests will have the opportunity to interact with various designers and learn about their latest ideas.

Sunday, November 3

Straind & Served Bartending Competition

What: Six bartenders will battle for glory and $1,000 in cash and prizes. This is a classic cocktail competition with a twist — drinks must be prepared with Straind Bitters, which are developed using cannabis-inspired terpenes.

Ease In & Align Yoga 

What: Ordinarily Honest Yoga is hosting a cannabis-friendly yoga class designed to slow things down before the start of another work week. Guests are asked to arrive early if they wish to elevate before hitting the mat.

Cannabinoid Chemistry & Legislation 

What: Learn about the cannabis plant and the history and trajectory of regulations in Canada from chartered chemist and university instructor Thomas Ulanowski. This interactive class will also examine the evolution and botany of cannabis.
