Metro Vancouver's newest healthy eatery is opening its doors this week

Plant-based eating is nothing new for Metro Vancouver, but we’re not complaining that there’s about to be another delicious-looking spot to get veg-centric grub in the region.

Auxi Foods: Kitchen + Coffee Bar is planning on opening the doors to their first location in New Westminister this Thursday, April 12 at 10 am.

The fresh purveyor of juices, coffee, salads, wraps, and more is located at 150-1110 Ewen Avenue in Queens Plaza.

Patrons can expect nutritional breakfast, lunch, and dinner options at this new eatery. Gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan options will all be available as well.
